These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of trackingadvice.com and all associated services. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tracking Advice (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers. Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About the Service

Tracking Advice is an independent parcel tracking and shipping intelligence platform. We aggregate real-time tracking data from third-party carrier APIs and provide informational shipping guides, a business tracking dashboard, a REST API, and post-purchase experience tools.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any shipping carrier, postal service, or logistics provider, including but not limited to USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Deutsche Post, or any of the 800+ carriers whose data we display. All carrier names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to trackingadvice.com/contact

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we suspect fraudulent activity, impersonation, or Terms violations.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted use

You may use Tracking Advice to track shipments, access carrier guides, use the business dashboard, and integrate with our API for lawful purposes in a manner consistent with these Terms.

4.2 Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download any content or tracking data from the Platform without prior written authorization
  • Use automated means to submit tracking numbers in excess of your plan limits
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the Platform
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute tracking data retrieved via the API or dashboard
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or harm the Platform
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, legal action.

5. Free Plan

The Free Plan allows individual users to track up to 20 shipments per month. Free Plan features include unlimited carrier detection, real-time status updates, email notifications, and access to the mobile web experience.

The Free Plan does not include API access, branded tracking pages, or business dashboard features. We reserve the right to modify Free Plan limits or features at any time with reasonable notice.

Users who exceed free plan limits or abuse the tracking tool through automated means may have their access throttled or suspended.

6. Paid Plans — Pro and Enterprise

6.1 Pro Plan

The Pro Plan is billed at $29.00 per month (or pay-as-you-go for API calls) and includes 2,000 shipments per month, the full business tracking dashboard, bulk upload and CSV order import, branded tracking pages, email and SMS notifications, AI delay detection alerts, API access under fair-use limits, and priority support.

6.2 Enterprise Plan

Enterprise Plans are custom-priced based on volume and requirements. Enterprise features include unlimited shipments, dedicated API infrastructure, SLAs and 99.95% uptime guarantee, custom AI models, webhooks, advanced analytics, multi-team access, and 24/7 enterprise support.

6.3 Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period for which you have paid.

6.5 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused features. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 30 days at trackingadvice.com/contact, and we will review your case.

6.6 Non-payment

If payment fails, we will notify you and make reasonable attempts to retry. If payment remains outstanding for more than 14 days, your account may be downgraded to the Free Plan and paid features suspended until payment is resolved.

7. API Terms

7.1 API access

API access is available under the Pro Plan (fair-use limits) and the Enterprise Plan (dedicated infrastructure). To use the API, you must register for an API key. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential.

7.2 Permitted API use

You may use the API to integrate tracking data and carrier detection into your own products and services for lawful purposes. API use must remain within your plan’s rate limits.

7.3 Prohibited API use

You must not:

  • Resell or redistribute tracking data retrieved via the API to third parties
  • Use the API to build a competing tracking aggregation service
  • Cache or store tracking data beyond what is necessary for real-time display
  • Exceed your plan’s rate limits through automated or programmatic means

7.4 API revocation

We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for suspected abuse, Terms violations, or security reasons, with or without prior notice.

8. Tracking Data — Accuracy and Liability

Tracking data displayed on the Platform is sourced from third-party carrier APIs and data feeds outside our direct control. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate, real-time data, but we cannot guarantee that tracking statuses, delivery estimates, or shipment details are complete, current, or error-free at all times.

Do not rely solely on tracking data from this Platform for time-sensitive, financial, or legal decisions. Always verify critical shipment status directly with the relevant carrier.

We are not a carrier, and we cannot file claims, intercept shipments, update delivery addresses, or resolve disputes with carriers on your behalf. For all such matters, contact the carrier directly.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to written articles, guides, software, UI design, logos, and databases, is the intellectual property of Tracking Advice and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.

Carrier names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Platform remain the sole property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times
  • Tracking data will be accurate, complete, or up to date
  • The Platform will meet your specific requirements
  • Any defects will be corrected

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRACKING ADVICE, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Tracking Advice in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) $10.00 for users on the Free Plan.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tracking Advice and its affiliates, founders, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of or access to the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to the Platform

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Extended periods of inactivity on paid accounts (with prior notice)

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at trackingadvice.com/contact. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

You and Tracking Advice agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at trackingadvice.com/contact before initiating formal proceedings. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for registered users, send a notification to the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tracking Advice regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
