Escalate to QuickShip if the last-mile carrier cannot be reached or after 3 failed attempts.
Exception - undeliverable address
The address on the shipping label is incomplete, incorrect, or unreachable.
Contact QuickShip support with the correct address as soon as possible. Address corrections may incur additional fees.
Escalate if the carrier has not acted on the correction within 2 business days.
